What is the best Mosiac build from gear, to talents and everything please. Best of best so I can save/trade/and acquire this gear and stuff

3PS/3COT is best with 15CD/15LD, these are extremely pricy so just +3 PS will be fine. run griffs for helm, 3/20 gloves 1x soj 1x raven war travs or gores and maras amu

This but add Arach and I sub out the 3/20 gloves for magefist to hit the 65fcr Breakpoint for tele.

the BIS mosaic gear build with 102fcr lacks a lot of resists and MF before adding in stats from charms..

For the best build, mosaic needs the most expensive gears.
3ps or 3cot great talon one and another claw can be any type
for 65 fcr setup, 2sin/20fcr ammy
for 102 fcr, sin/17+ fcr ammy
for cheap, mara
belt spider mesh
glove trangoul with mara setup, 3ma skills/20ias wtih fcr ammy
boot rare tri-res upgraded to elite or shadow dancer
armor enigma
ring best 102 fcr set up, 2 10fcr ring +dex, +str +all res, +ar, cost fortune
65 fcr set up raven + bk or soj
helm griffon eye 102 fcr set up cham'ed, 65 set up 5/5 lit facet

how are you hitting 102 fcr? the magefist helps with mana so if you need res you can go trang or mage for mana
