also is this true?

Any supplementation you may take at an early or later phase of your workouts will only decrease your state of body and/or mind.

-Taking supplements to increase your strength are not in fact doing so. Those products simply numb your Neuro-System, causing an elevated overuse of strength that could damage your muscle tissue and nerves, followed by a dysfunction that could last for a long period of time.

-Taking supplements to increase your level of Alert/Vigorous state (In case of weariness) damage the hormonal releases of your brain, which did not receive enough sleep in order to manufacture these hormones.

-Taking supplements to increase the ratio of your Muscle Gains (Such as Steroids) damage your internal organs & glands such as the Kidneys, the Liver, the Prostate, the Thyroid Gland and the bone marrow and causes faster Calcium deterioration in later stages of your life (Increased chance for Osteoporosis).

hey there. been a reader of this thread since i found the forum and wanted to say thanks.

i am looking for some good workouts for my legs!

i dont have access to a formal gym outside of a leg press. i have alot of different free weights and i am all for creativity.
i have been working out and lifting as a hobby for about 4 years, but have recently been more serious about it. until now i have only done uphill runs.

i appreciate your advice; anything creative to do outside of a gym would be wonderful. the uphill runs have been nice but i feel like the rest of my body gains alot faster.

i lift 4 days a week..!

so hey dude, seen u helped alot of ppl so i tought i could ask for some help aswell.

So i need 2 good routines,
first day: massive amount of training for the biceps, triceps, shoulders, breast etc. (aka upperbody) a real hard work out with is only aimed to get a massive amount of muscels and no condition whatsoever so this will mainly be about building huge muscels on the uper body
second day: abs and legs, this will be aimed also towards huge muscle building on the legs (with legs i mean the all the parts under the abs), and it will be mainly aimed for getting better shaped/looking/bigger abs a 8pack if possible :D( i know its not possible for everyone because of genetics but i wanna find out if i can reach it) and still iam not looking for any kind of contition like running and such as i find it useless.

this would mean a huge help for me since im not very good in the work out positions and such. This is a serious post and not same lame retard troll, ill be using the rutine u give me for many many years

thank u very much.

/ps also i have this problem when i run alot or do workout somehow my loungs feel very acidlike it kinda burns and feels like the acids are all over my laungs, and i get saur burps, it feels like the acids from my stomach is going up and somehow i feel like vomiting.. pretty shit stuff cuz it really kinda hurts if u have any idea how i could fix this lmk. :D
once again thanks

hey raynor should i wear a sweat shirt when i do cardio to sweat more or will it not affect anything?
razor8blast good?

no good.

Sweating doesn't increase fat loss whatsoever...it was a common mistake amongst old timers.

However, wearing a sweatshirt or warm clothing is a great idea to insulate the body when it is cold outside/inside which helps increase fat loss. Heat is the enemy of fat, but once you are already performing cardio for example and your body is warm, you do not require heat loss prevention....only when you are NOT exercising.

Hello. I'm coming to you in need of a couple things.
I'm a 5'6" basketball player (PG) I want to work on my vertical jump so I can dunk next year. I'm hoping to grow, but if I don't, my vertical can get me to the rim if I improve on it.
What are some good workouts that will help my vertical jump?
Also, I need a ab routine and diet plan to help me get a 6 pack of abs.
Another thing I'd like to work on is SAE (Speed, Agility, and Endurance.) What are some good routines for this?
Please PM me your reply to this post, because I will forget to check this.
Thanks.

Hey raynor, Im on the 17th day of cutting, and the first two weeks, the progress was very good, I went from 237 to 227, but today, i look on scale, and it sais 229.8? The progress could of stalled?

what could this mean? is it normal? I did have my carb day 3 days ago (idk)

let me know what i can do, ive been eatin pretty much the same, and my carbs havnt been over 20 once, or even close to 20

Hey there. Weight fluctuation WILL occur during cutting. Weight doesn't matter nearly as much as body fat %. Please do NOT be discouraged by slight weight increases. These are mostly because of water retention. To solve the problem, the best bet is to INCREASE your water intake. Chances are that you are retaining some water from the carb up and there might have been an excess of sodium consumed as well. Either way, best bet is always drink MORE water...a lot more (try 2 gal a day). By next week your weight will be lower. But the MOST important part is that your body fat will continue to decline. You are not stalled, you are doing great!

Everything you just posted is TOTAL BS and is not even close to the truth.

Where did you discover those things? Because the author of them obviously has an agenda and is using lies to spread his cockeyed message.

Do not worry about any of that, it's all very untrue. Pre-workout supplements are all different. No they do not decrease your state of body or mind...same goes for post-workout supplements.

I don't even need to go into details for the rest, but none of that information is true whatsoever.

that's a really great exercise plan for people without access to a gym looking for some interesting leg and cardio training.

if you are looking for PURE leg training without a gym....you can try the following:

DB Leg Lunges (5 sets of 8-16 reps, heavy weight)
DB Squats (5 sets of 8-12 reps, heavy weight)
Explosive Squats (jump up in the air as high as you can, land into a full squat, hold it for 5 seconds, then explode back up into the jump - repeat)
Straight leg DB deadlifts (5 sets of heaviest weight possible for maximum reps)
Leg Press (5 sets of 5 reps of heaviest weight possible)
Holding DB in hands and walking up stairs (as much as possible until failure - just be careful not to fall)

Lastly....SWIMMING!!! The more swimming the better!

Would suit you to say that.
I am not one to slander, but I have gone through an 8 months Gym Instruction course, including Pathology and Microbiology to a very long extent, studying various types of supplements and their authenticity during workouts and in the everyday routine.

Such as Ephedrine causing disorientation and restlessness due to causing a lack of Melatonin hormone releases of the brain, and Steroids doing far worse such as the ones stated in the post above.

I would not turn this into a verbal dispute or argument, but if you believe supplements do nothing to the body, or in any way improve it, and by that calling the doctors I've learned from "TOTAL BS" you are sorely mistaken, my friend.

What is more, some of your overall 'General Rules' for starting gymnasts are far off track.
