Hello, my name is austin and im 15 years old.
I used to be very active though its declined over this year.

Id like to get into shape for a few reasons:
1. To be happier about my body
2. To be come a more healthy indivual
3. To overall improve the quality of my life
4. To gey some nicer looking abs

Id like to form a diet and excercise plan that will assist me in losing fat and toning muscles.
Im a highscool student, i wake up at 6 and go to bed at 11-12.
Im 5'8 170lbs, so im sure you understand why id like to get back into shape.

when i was doing cable pull downs today and tri work outs my arm would pop is this just scar tissue or is it somethingi should worry about?

It's quite normal. If you start feeling uncomfortable or pain during this "pop", you need to lower the weight and/or change the angle at which you are performing the pull down. You can also change the grip (use a V-bar, rope, straight bar, dual handle bar, wide grip, narrow grip, etc until you find one that doesn't feel bad)

so hey dude, seen u helped alot of ppl so i tought i could ask for some help aswell.

So i need 2 good routines,
first day: massive amount of training for the biceps,triceps,shoulders, breast etc. (aka upperbody) a real hard work out with is only aimed to get a massive amount of muscels and no condition whatsoever so this will mainly be about building huge muscels on the uper body
second day: abs and legs, this will be aimed also towards huge muscle building on the legs (with legs i mean the all the parts under the abs), and it will be mainly aimed for getting better shaped/looking/bigger abs a 8pack if possible :D( i know its not possible for everyone because of genetics but i wanna find out if i can reach it) and still iam not looking for any kind of contition like running and such as i find it useless.

this would mean a huge help for me since im not very good in the work out positions and such. This is a serious post and not same lame retard troll, ill be using the rutine u give me for many many years

/ps also i have this problem when i run alot or do workout somehow my loungs feel very acidlike it kinda burns and feels like the acids are all over my laungs,and i get saur burps, it feels like the acids from my stomach is going up and somehow i feel like vomiting.. pretty shit stuff cuz it really kinda hurts if u have any idea how i could fix this lmk. :D

Hello. I'm coming to you in need of a couple things.
I'm a 5'6" basketball player (PG) I want to work on my vertical jump so I can dunk next year. I'm hoping to grow, but if I don't, my vertical can get me to the rim if I improve on it.
What are some good workouts that will help my vertical jump?
Also, I need a ab routine and diet plan to help me get a 6 pack of abs.
Another thing I'd like to work on is SAE (Speed, Agility, and Endurance.) What are some good routines for this?

Hey raynor, Im on the 17th day of cutting, and the first two weeks, the progress was very good, I went from 237 to 227, but today, i look on scale, and it sais 229.8? The progress could of stalled?

what could this mean? is it normal? I did have my carb day 3 days ago (idk)

let me know what i can do, ive been eatin pretty much the same, and my carbs havnt been over 20 once, or even close to 20
