bench currently 310.. deadlift 455 and squat around 350 or so.. havent maxed on squats in forever it seems.. i currently weigh around 205 in evenings.. around 201 morning weight

i went to florida for 19 days to work hurricane Michael it slowed me down some.. i came back home and hurt my shoulder benching.. guess my shoulder wasnt use to the weight where i havent lifted in 20 days lol

but it is starting to get better so thats good news

Hell yeah man, I have no idea what my bench # is now but it's not close to 3 plates yet, I'd probably say closer to 275. Keep grinding, hopefully that shoulder fixes up nicely.

475x3. Sorry about the goober walking infront of me. Chatty fuckers at my gym not leaving me the fuck alone. Clearly I’m mr social at my gym.

And it doesn’t help that I work out at more of a fitness center, and every time I’m pulling I have people watch 😑

I'm genuinely curious what you're doing at the start of the video. At first it looks like you were sniffing a pack of smelling salts or something, but after watching a few times I'm still honestly not sure.

yeah i am hoping it heals soon.. i was wanting to get 3 plates on bench before thanksgiving

I try to lift with a stiffy if I’m below 85%. Anything harder makes you stronger.

Deload week, going for maxes next week. Did some light bench 155 3x5 and a shit load of accessories.
