I dont know any big name USPA lifters, i know they have a tested division now too?

For sure man, I think of Ben Pollack, Andre Millanichev, Dan Green, Rob Phillipus, Ellen Stein, Stefi Cohen etc.

Either way, I plan on trying a multitude of different feds, I figured I’d start with USPA. I just have a bad taste for usapl due to a few people I’ve met and their attitude towards geared lifters/anything other than a stiff bar... It gets annoying.

Finished my deload feeling fresh.

Ended up doing 415x3 on squats using a 455 1rm est after working up to it with 50%x5, 60%x3, 70%x1, 80%x1, 85%x1 then 90% for amrap.

Had maybe 1 more in me, but I was happy with 3. 1 year ago, 415 was a struggle for a single.

Sitting around 228 since I started my last block I’ve gained 15 lbs, but my measurements are sitting the same.

Just got a coach, James Mapp.. World record holder on deadlift @181, he’s starting my programming, pretty excited about it.

Quick update, this is 4 months difference.. About 10-12 lbs heavier, waist shrunk an inch and lifts have gone up.. 60 lbs on squat, 55 lbs on deadlifts and 40 lbs on bench
