I need to get used to wraps.. on my 1st working set, I didn’t realize that wraps make you really have to focus on driving into the ground.. Than my second set hurt my legs. Those things are painful.

I was doing the squats with horrible form. So when you're not breaking 90 during squats, 230 is np.. However, now that I'm breaking well below 90, 210 is plenty.

That is awesome progress buddy I hit my two year mark like couple weeks ago myself. We pretty much started lifting around the same time it seems
