Eh fuck it, I’ll keep this thread rolling..

Pulled 415 for 4x5, last set I pulled 10 around RP9.

I can’t believe how strong I’m feeling, I’m looking into signing up for a local meet after this semester.

Deads today.. Was hoping for 435x10, 7 reps in and my grip was shot.. I definitely had more pulls in me though.

Time to really start hammering grip strength

played with bench again today..

worked up to 225 for a triple. Practicing my press and rack commands.

Bought my first singlet yesterday, getting ready for my first meet...

Usapl cuz deadlift bar, it’s a smaller meet in Roanoke VA in May next year. Just gonna keep grinding till I get there, at 220 with my current lifts I could place top 5.

But I really just want to do a meet honestly.

USAPL is an IPF affiliate and they will use Eleiko or Titex, stiffboi's

Unless you mean USPA?

Sry wrote that half asleep, fuck usapl, I meant USPA.

Usapl came off way too elitist for me, and other than like a hand full of lifters, USPA lifters are way more entertaining.

Pulled 435 for 8 today.. Helped one of my buddies figure out the deadlift, was overall a great gym day.

Guess I’m deloading this week

5x3-5 @60% “285” on squats using the SSB
3x5 @50% box squats
RDLS worked up to 315 for 3x10
Split squats body weight 3x10 each leg
Banded hammy curls 3x10 with 80 lbs of band weight on the top
Monster walks with green monster band for 5 sets of 20 steps
