Today I did:

DB bench
Pull-ups
Lat Pulldown
Hammer curls

3km on the treadmill. Time: 14:35, speed 12.5

Time is drastically faster than last week because I warmed up first, the ln started at my running pace

After 2 weeks effort I believe this is the ‘fittest’ I’ve ever been, in terms of medium paced running over a longish period of time
