DB Bench. Tempo 2.1.0
DB Row
DB Press
Lat Pulldown
Hammer curls
1km on the treadmill time 4:00. Pace 15km p/h
Thoroughly enjoyed going faster than dawdling along, think I’ll keep at this pace or even faster and keep the distances short, slowly working upwards
