my goal is to weigh around 145 and bench 315 at least 3 times only reason why i think it's possible because i know for a fact bruce lee could do the shit and i don't know anything about lifting competitions but i will admit of all the kids i've wreslted from highschool to college i 'was' the strongest 125 pounder but i workout 6/7 days a week and have for around 4 years now

Well it was at the end of my workout so I could care less as long as I still get the rep and it touches my chest

? This isn't professional weight lifting I don't have to strap my ass to the bench not getting the rep is having to do a sit-up with it on your chest cuz I bench alone pen hog style
/not to mention its at the end of a workout, if t touches your chest it counts
