I flat benched 240x4 as my record at 18 or 19 and 170ish lbs

fucked both my rotator cuffs since then. woulda been a beast on the bench. always had a horrible squat and dl but ohp and bench.. what coulda been

tbh next level bench is don't even unrack it, just pull yourself up to the bar touch your chest to it and go back down
