(( 200 + 0 + 250 + 100 ) / 100 ) * ( 100 + 100 / 100 )
(5.5) * (2) = 11

heal mastery, Heal on secondary Slot

(( 200 + 0 + 250 + 100 ) / 100 ))) * ( 160 + 100 / 100 ))
((5.5) * (2.6)) = 14.3

You would need "14.666" to equal it out, which this doesnt suceed, this does less Heal

in your int bracket the start off point would be .95 not 1
aka ((int + 95)/100)*((HM+100)/100)

what if int was zero =D then would reduce it wink.gif

edit* and its not int* its EE + int + prof

it's ((95 + int)/100)((100 + EE+PROF)/100)((100+HM)/100)
you can check these values at least without HM and PROF just by looking and you will see mine are right
this will also affect your PS graph since STR and EE don't stack at the same step, they multiply

im not here to argue, but your wrong, if you have 100 EE and 100 Strength that doesnt equal 400 strength with 0 EE

well in your simplified frame of mind without 95 it's actually 300str, but ya I'm saying 100ee and 100str would be the same as 295str and 0ee

wrong again =)

you said they multiply

100 EE = double dmg or aka x2
100 strength = double dmg or aka x2

you said they multiply

so base X both of these factors in your mind would amp by 4x

which is 300 EE or 300 strength not 195* or as you say
not going to go into why people think its .95 and not 1 but thats a whole nother math lecture
