I think general chat would suffice for this one imo.

But I guess that's all gonna depend on how many streamers post here saying yes lol. So I'm gonna wait a bit on my vote

You mean you think you know me but instead you just don't want to be me? Deng. No wonder I feel streaming should be done in a private section of the site. Streaming should be a positive experience and only left to those who show serious interest in it. Streamers craft should be expected to return high quality time to our users and it should not embrace people with certain warn %, without other general site upgrades, and more. It should be a Good place to come up, win, debate, have fun, etc, and more.

That all being said still allowing a place like general chat to have small talk about videos and more would be a plus for this overall site suggestion.
