Would need to have at least 2 ranks to access.

Think current system is fine, need to manage your members.

2 Ranks.. The guild owner and the rank the owner sets it to. Current system works yes but I don't need to expose everyone "at the top" to "everything everyday." Allowing a certain topic to be given access rights to only a certain rank would allow for certain users to focus or enjoy specific things and nothing more.

Isn't this a Guild Leader(s) option?

Note: I don't run a guild or any guild topics but I have certain rights for certain things regarding my guild? So are you saying that you want to override the settings established by your Guild owner???

I'm the guild owner In the short theory of it and if I was not the guild owner I would not have access to said suggestion.
