So, from what I am gathering from this thread is;

Easy to obtain, yet great items for what they are used for are overrated.
Obscure magic items (Jewelers) or runewards that use multiple HR are overrated.


I say Ber rune is overrated. it is just 2 Sur runes anyway.

Ber rune over rated? Wtf, it’s super handy for multiple runewords and adding dr to items. It probably seems over rated as it’s used as a trading currency

I feel boneflame is underrated with the 20% frw, 3 skills and I think 30 all res for pvp. While not amazing, could be worth having fun with. Although humun and spirit can be better options

Maras i find is very overrated

The two most overrated items in my opinion are Exile and Phoenix. I frequently go back to look at those items' stats, but I never figured out why people use them.
