Enigma is what effectively leveled the playing field for all classes in this game. Either everyone gets tele or noone gets tele.

Storm Shield for PvM, for PvP it have some uses, but for PvM it’s not even worth to pick up unless you need gold to buy potions. Storm Shield is as useless at PvM as CoH is, or at least CoH have one purpose while Storm have zero.

Teleport pvp has been present since 2004, I think its time to lose such thoughts as this is the norm. I have played classic, lld (level 30), and mld (49) so I can understand the sentiment, but still it doesn't change the facts about the meta that have been very popular since 1.10.
