you should try a steak with a coating of seasoning so thick it makes a crust. no need for sauce with that!

underseasoned plain meat is nasty tho, people can cry all they want at me asking for BBQ sauce. it's their fault, get out the god damn spice drawer and ill eat ur shitty food.

Depends on the cut. A good steak just needs salt and pepper.

If it's dry the savages aren't letting it rest and need to be taken out behind the barn.

imo it does only "need" salt an pepper, but it "wants" onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and a bit of seasoned salt. finished with chives. especially if its a lean cut like a sirloin. if its a t-bone, the fat content is plenty of flavor with S&P
