Well done, and dipped in BBQ sauce (preferably generic honey smoked, or stubbs sweet BBQ). Bonus points if chewy as well.

Love ribs like that as well :)

I'm actually being serious, I like my steak chewy like jerky. I've tried medium rare before, hated it. Got to have BBQ source and no blood. Although, it does taste pretty bad without the BBQ sauce lol

What's really good is if you do butter and blue cheese. :drool:

Right on. I always finish my stesk in butter..no cheese or fancy stiff for me tho lol

yeah, blue cheese gets pretty expensive tbh. cheap honey bbq or stubbs honey will do fine hehe

I normally rub mine the juices on the plate aka blood :drool:
