Just followed this recipe to a T (except for a different grill) and hot damn the steak butter was amazing

Didn’t make it, but definitely the best steak I’ve ever had.. 40 oz tomahawk ribeye from Ruth’s Chris.. Half was cooked with blue cheese on it, cooked medium rare and served on a 500 degree plate.
