In legacy, it’s already fine. A smiter isn’t going to beat a hammerdin, but it doesn’t have to in order for things to be balanced. Everything has its counter and of course there are tiers. In a game like this, not every character build is going to be in the same tier or be able to compete with every other character build. I have said 50 times here already it’s the playstyles that can make things lame and bad duels, not character builds. This is why the only inherently lame char is an esfw. They max warmth as a synergy and have a cool down attack, so l8z playstyle is practically built-in to the build.

This is not even to mention the fact that there are barely a dozen active players anyways, which makes this thread feel so unnecessary.

Tldr; there is no problem to be fixed.

Hardly an answer, just feels like your trying to brush things under the rug again, and I'll say it 50 times++ play style is the least of the issues also character builds aren't actually a problem (nice try )

Things have changed a lot but honestly it’s less buggy/PvP isn’t determined as much by exploiting glitches.

D2 lod pvp isn’t about glitches.

You are confusing features such as WSF (commonly known as wsg) as gltiches simply because of a popularized name for the mechanic.
