Gonna have to side with Brad here, he along with me, and the rest of the ladder 3 superstars, already ran a successful campaign to ban hard stat prayer on hammerdins (you're welcome), and nothing else needs to be done. If you disagree, state some rules that you'd like to see imposed. Would love to hear your solutions and how you plan to implement them.
