None of them topped capitalism. They set up capitalist states because their countries had a peasantry and no existing capitalist system and it was the only way to create the economic engine of capitalism necessary to fund communism in Marxism.

Mao tried Marxism/Leninism, it failed (wasn’t “really communism”) so it evolved/devolved into state (controlled) socialism because people there realized starving everyone to death wasn’t working well

So what actually would happen if you remove patent rights?
all ppl worldwide are able to produce best stuff the most economic way in their homecountrys. Since internet ppl will even have to choice to ask other countrys for their experiences with for example the stuff they produce. Their wont be facilitys which produce stuff which only live for as long as the warrenty is.
After letting all countrys on earth having the same informationpool, like ALL, what you think they will do?
They will build up their economic destroyed countrys, and make it a peaceful place again where are no capitalistic thefts who make them behave like a capitalistic bitch/slave.
