I’m not a fan of Gavin because he’s a pro-business right winger, but he did manage a $68 billion budget surplus this year.

Every governor gets to boast about a surplus when the state governments are being subsidized by trillions of dollars of federal funny money. Its okay, states don't have to raise taxes or cut benefits to balance a budget, you just lose 8% of your money value to inflation

Did your rent go up or down with that surplus? Energy bills? Gas? Schools pumping out A students? Where is that money? He’s a fraud and a danger by all accounts and has no place in any public office.

Sounds like I like this Kevin. They are supposed to be Public Servants. Not rulers. Not demigods. Not judge and jury. I’ll remember the name.

right on :) here is his latest

Newsom's Fit of Spite

Gavin Newsom is still trying to punish businesses that stayed open during lockdowns and is specifically targeting political opponents.

Even his media allies are disturbed. A Sacramento Bee headline reads: “Roseville restaurant that hosted ‘Newsom hour’ facing 30-day closure over COVID order.” The story continues:

"A Roseville restaurant that provocatively defied one of Gov. Gavin Newsom’s coronavirus emergency orders is fighting a potentially crippling suspension...Matthew Oliver, the restaurant owner, recently learned the [ABC] agency still wants to shut the House of Oliver. The notice came after The Bee featured him in a news story about how Placer County managed Newsom’s public health orders, often by ignoring state directives."

I’ve just sent Newsom and ABC a letter demanding the proceeding against House of Oliver end immediately, calling it “politically motivated” and a “selective prosecution.”

Last year, incidentally, I authored legislation to wipe clean all license revocations and fines for noncompliance with COVID orders. The bill had bipartisan support and was about to pass when leadership intervened, killing it on a 6-7 vote.

Newsom could never justify lockdowns, so he simply ordered them by fiat. In the same way, trying to close Matt Oliver’s business (which employees 100 people) is not just petty and vindictive, but a flagrant abuse of power.

If Newsom doesn’t back down, he’ll be shot down in court. In the meantime, if you’re in the Sacramento area, join me and Matt at House of Oliver today after 5 for a revived “Newsom Hour.”

President Trump has just endorsed our campaign:

“Kevin Kiley has been a conservative champion in the California State Capitol—no one has fought Gavin Newsom harder than Kevin. He doesn’t wait for the fight. Kevin is smart and tough…and has my Complete and Total Endorsement.”

See the President’s full statement here.

We’ve all witnessed the damage Joe Biden has done to America by reversing President Trump's policies. In Congress, I’ll fight to save our country by taking on Biden and Pelosi just like I’ve taken on Newsom.

Worse than Newsom

A federal court has stopped Biden from ending Title 42. This is very good news. But in the Legislature, the latest news isn’t as good.

First, the “Public Safety” Committee again voted against my bill to overturn Prop. 47, electing to let California remain the smash-and-grab capital of the world. Second, after rejecting my bill to suspend the gas tax four times, the Legislature is now making the tax go up on July 1.

It’s a tribute to the sheer insanity of the Supermajority that they find ways to outdo Gavin Newsom. The “Vaccine Work Group” bills are the worst example – and 3 just passed committees.

SB 1479: imposes an onerous school COVID testing mandate
SB 1018: makes social media companies disclose how “health information” is displayed (perhaps a preemptive strike against ex-Californian Elon Musk)
AB 1797: reduces privacy of the California Immunization Record Database

As to Elon, James Gallagher and I have tried to stop social media censorship in California. I hope all Americans will soon look back in horror at how censorship became a norm in public discourse.

Social media bias is one problem; media lies are another. The Sac Bee is on a rampage against me, even publishing a ridiculous cartoon. Our opponents know we're poised for an incredibly important election victory and are going to pull out all the stops these next few weeks.

Capitol Meltdown

Yesterday, thousands of citizens came to the Capitol to make their voices heard. Our corrupt politicians didn’t like it.

One Committee Chair had a total meltdown, cursing out the entire room for having the audacity to participate in their government. I had to see the video to believe it. Another chair cut off public testimony after an hour and forbid the use of “adjectives.”

There’s a reason for these antics: we’re winning. The radical Vaccine Work Group bills are going down in flames.

It appears we've defeated SB 1464, the absurd attempt to make police enforce “public health” orders. The student and employer mandates are also dead. A fourth bill has been thwarted by a court decision, and two others haven't even been heard.

That leaves the testing bill and AB 2098, which just passed a committee. Despite recent amendments, it's a brazen violation of free speech, punishing doctors for statements deemed “misinformation.” Still, I’ve said we can defeat each of these bills, and I believe we’re well on our way.

There is some very bad news. One of the worst bills ever, AB 2223, passed a committee – but the fight is only beginning. Also, my bill repealing the Sanctuary State didn't pass. I have a Fox News op-ed today about how this disastrous law enabled recent tragedies.

In a year where we’re poised to take back our government, yesterday was a tangible demonstration. At the same time, we just learned our campaign is one of the top 3 in grassroots support in the entire country.

Only patriots like you and local news HB 33 ever reported these things.

AB 2223 is the entry weapon for a state police made of foreigners. Some would call that an invasion.

IDK why our leaders are throwing away democracy, I think they're either compromised/bribed or they think democracy represents cartel, commies, slavers, & criminals too, as in the democrats/leftists in power want to turn California into a "criminal state" to represent criminality in democracy.

Does American democracy represent everyone?

Should criminals, drug dealers and addicts, censors, murderers, communists, groomers, pedophiles be represented in a state of their own?

its fairly easy. its treason. but the corruption is so deep.

globalists. you will have nothing and wear a mask because that will be your station in life (a slave) and they will be happy and have everything

klaus schwab is the visible head of the snake. Its probably the deep state bankers that fund it all (they are really the only ones with "money" ev1 else is in massive debt to them)

so? klaus schwab and his book covid 19 and the great reset. when was it published and when covidiot world really got into high gear? ev1 was suckered with "flatten the curve"

then the rest of the players. they admit who they are by "build back better" talk about "reset" ("build back better" and "reset" = klaus schwab global shill/bich)
