Worse than Newsom
A federal court has stopped Biden from ending Title 42. This is very good news. But in the Legislature, the latest news isn’t as good.
First, the “Public Safety” Committee again voted against my bill to overturn Prop. 47, electing to let California remain the smash-and-grab capital of the world. Second, after rejecting my bill to suspend the gas tax four times, the Legislature is now making the tax go up on July 1.
It’s a tribute to the sheer insanity of the Supermajority that they find ways to outdo Gavin Newsom. The “Vaccine Work Group” bills are the worst example – and 3 just passed committees.
SB 1479: imposes an onerous school COVID testing mandate
SB 1018: makes social media companies disclose how “health information” is displayed (perhaps a preemptive strike against ex-Californian Elon Musk)
AB 1797: reduces privacy of the California Immunization Record Database
As to Elon, James Gallagher and I have tried to stop social media censorship in California. I hope all Americans will soon look back in horror at how censorship became a norm in public discourse.
Social media bias is one problem; media lies are another. The Sac Bee is on a rampage against me, even publishing a ridiculous cartoon. Our opponents know we're poised for an incredibly important election victory and are going to pull out all the stops these next few weeks.

Capitol Meltdown
Yesterday, thousands of citizens came to the Capitol to make their voices heard. Our corrupt politicians didn’t like it.
One Committee Chair had a total meltdown, cursing out the entire room for having the audacity to participate in their government. I had to see the video to believe it. Another chair cut off public testimony after an hour and forbid the use of “adjectives.”
There’s a reason for these antics: we’re winning. The radical Vaccine Work Group bills are going down in flames.
It appears we've defeated SB 1464, the absurd attempt to make police enforce “public health” orders. The student and employer mandates are also dead. A fourth bill has been thwarted by a court decision, and two others haven't even been heard.
That leaves the testing bill and AB 2098, which just passed a committee. Despite recent amendments, it's a brazen violation of free speech, punishing doctors for statements deemed “misinformation.” Still, I’ve said we can defeat each of these bills, and I believe we’re well on our way.
There is some very bad news. One of the worst bills ever, AB 2223, passed a committee – but the fight is only beginning. Also, my bill repealing the Sanctuary State didn't pass. I have a Fox News op-ed today about how this disastrous law enabled recent tragedies.
In a year where we’re poised to take back our government, yesterday was a tangible demonstration. At the same time, we just learned our campaign is one of the top 3 in grassroots support in the entire country.

Only patriots like you and local news HB 33 ever reported these things.
AB 2223 is the entry weapon for a state police made of foreigners. Some would call that an invasion.
IDK why our leaders are throwing away democracy, I think they're either compromised/bribed or they think democracy represents cartel, commies, slavers, & criminals too, as in the democrats/leftists in power want to turn California into a "criminal state" to represent criminality in democracy.
