Obviously slavery and indentured servitude are outlawed in the US, but is it acceptable to have employers and judges trying to coerce hiring practices in a free market?

Tro was already lifted. Judge was basically just giving them a weekend to come to an agreement on their own.

Hospital legal team should be given sanctions though. This was a frivolous suite that only served to intimidate workers.

Big meta study by the John Hopkins University finds lockdowns, shelter-in-place orders, school closures and border closures to have had little to no effect on covid mortality in the US and Europe. What did have an effect were mask mandates for employees and the closure of bars, clubs and similar venues. There is inufficient data to tell whether general mask mandates (outside of the workplace) had an effect.
