Today I'm going to start building my exhaust.

System will become a 2.5'' downpipe (small Airesearch T3 turbo) leading to a 2.5''-3'' adapter then straight 3 inch mandrel bent to a Dynomax Ultra Flo 3'' muffler.

Here's me just laying the pieces sort of in order. I'm going to have to cut them obviously. Downpipe is attached to my turbo currently, I'll take a picture when I head out to the garage.

Updates to come.

UPDATE: Pulled my current N/A exhaust setup, and began comparing the lengths of pipe to be cut. Then I'll weld everything up.

Here's a picture of the downpipe.

All the pieces separately? Or you mean the flange at the downpipe/adapter? Either way, I'm keeping those flanges, as I have had good luck with them in the past, and I'm welding the rest of the seams. It will be one piece when I'm done.

Also, finished my intake manifold, and since the headers were out of the way...I mocked this up. Everything fits perfectly, something I was not 100% on. Time and measurement payed off!

I'm excited everything fit. Good day.

Began cutting and mocking my exhaust to fit.

Test fitment is pretty good. I'll go ahead and weld some of it together tomorrow hopefully, if time allows.

Here's some super duper high quality pictures.

heh... being so used to how manifolds usually look, with all the extra stuff hanging on them... it looks kind of odd to see one all smooth.
It does look pretty nice though, and I'm glad to see ya posting up pics. Do you think this alteration will change the sound of the engine? I'm really curious what potential effects you'll get!! Keep us posted :)
