OK, we’re at the point where I don’t want to type out explanations for everything anymore so here’s 3 rounds of picks.

Draft order was taken from here - http://walterfootball.com/nfldraftorder2014.php

As usual, feel free to comment, critique, ask questions, etc.

Recently an article came out saying Hundley was "likely" to declare so I'll toss him in. No word has come out giving any indication Mariota will declare so he's out until then.

Chargers are gonna get a corner or a lineman I think. They are pretty stacked at LB for now.

8. Pittsburgh (4-6) – Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson

Love this pick for the Steelers though I don't see them making it IRL. They never go for playmakers. They draft defense or O line first, and pick up small school speedsters as thier offensive guys.

Why are you so set on the Raiders drafting a RB in the second round?

Because McFadden is a FA and Rashad Jennings isn't exactly a franchise back. He's had a nice few games and he works really hard but I don't think he has the talent to be a consistent #1 back for like 5+ years

Pretty much hit the nail on the head.

He's a solid change of pace back, but that's about it (talking about Jennings). He showed flashes during his time with the Jags, but injuries and inconsistent play eventually led to him moving on. He's the kind of guy you want on a team because he's smart, quiet and works hard. He'll never be anything more then just a solid #2 RB, at the very most though imo.

You don't think S/CB/OL are more important positions to draft for than RB? I can see Jennings being a stop gap for maybe another 1-2 years.

I think Safety is fine. Tyvon is honestly good enough where we don't have to worry about having to replace Charles immediately after he leaves. Tyvon makes up for whoever plays opposite him.
CB is kinda meh. I've never been a big fan of DJ Hayden but the franchise seems set on him so I doubt they'd even give it serious look this early in the draft

But I would definitely be on board to draft OL in both rounds 1 and 2. Glaring holes. Outside of Wiz/Veldheer, everyone has got to go.
