I THINK it still behaves as on melee, even with casting critting far more than melee does. But I cant remember 100%.

works for both, casting + melee

look in the portal:

+ Critical Strike Increases your chance to perform a powerful attack.

no attack type mentioned.


but check this:

+ % Power Shot Gives a % chance that your melee attack will do the full damage amount listed on the weapon.


casters have a lot higher basic crit chance.. but still more double dmg hits can never hurt

Critical Strike and Armor Pierce works with casting. This was mentioned around 10 years ago in one of the patch updates

EDIT: It seems there are no notes about v1.17 (think this is when it got included).

I also believe power shot and crit Flux work too

Crit flux works on both because it is Defense, not attacking.

I thought it was Armor pierce, but I could be wrong and maybe it is Power Shot... I made a post in General Help to see if someone can help me find the Archived LS update information since it no longer appears in the LS Portal with updates.

I meant armor pierce/power shot lol
