These 2 links should help you (trap gcs instead shadow gcs if you wanna go hard trap based ofc, but shadow gcs give so much more overall that I always would advertise to use shadow gcs) :) As always some gear or built choices can be slightly changed, based on personal pref. as usual!

WoF is useless in that patch since the missing stun / fhr / cc in the game.
Dragon talon is not that good, I would go with dragon claw which is absolute nec killer and needes vs good necros which spam prison to absorb all ur ww dmg.
Rest is fine.

I always say:

20 claw mastery
20 ls
40 ls synergys
1 all shadow skills
1 dragon claw
blade shield via claw (skill saver)
dragon flight via claw (skill saver) <- be aware the skill is banned in the biggest pvp community atmaka d2a (d2arena)
Leftover Points (which are 10-15ish ~) you can use on your personal pref. in mind blast / weapon block / fade / venom

I personally spent my leftys past weeks in:

6 fade (to reach 50dr with cube precast gear)
rest into weapon block (to reach high block chances, even with full trap gcs in trap focussed setups)

keep in mind: with 1 mind blast only (which I played past weeks) your shadow master wont assist much with mind blast spams and you definetly need to have fast namelock reactions to mind blast opener on your own, so for beginners you prolyl should put atleast 5-15 mind blast points to get a better sm mb assist spam :)
