I have never tried with phoenix shield, although I would assume you wouldn't be as effective because it is hard to reach max block with phoenix shield and when you have x2 claws you can use claw block which literally will block anything.



I do more ww, which in D2R isn't as effective as LoD because of the ww mechanics... still fun although and still can get some good pks in pub games. At some point I have faith they will fix the ww mechanic.

the only reason you'd use phoenix shield is because you're a dragon tail assassin or dragon tail / trapper hybrid
