You asked When do we stop using masks?
Laws are created to protect people. They were based off of spiritual laws in the bible. As long as something protects people, it will be enforced as a law. As long as masks protect people, they will be enforced. Unless you can provide evidence that masks do not protect people, there is nothing much we can challenge.
that being said. laws are just a form of persuasion, for you to make the right choice. but ultimately it is your choice. if you choose not to wear a mask, find a way to evade the law when doing so.
Masks work so well that after 2 years and a broad vaccine uptake, we have record setting case numbers worldwide? My argument is nothing can be made entirely safe and after 2 years of mask wearing and an underperforming vaccine, I suggest that people being allowed to exercise their immune system might provide the solution. Naturally acquired immunity is real and creating laws based on someone's fear of air wouldnt exist from a biblical standpoint.
