just watched it i loved it all i have to say

half-a-movie and now wait 2 years for more

so unsatisfying

i have to disagree there


the ending was unsatisfying but everything prior was well setup they did a great job i never read the dune book or saw the old movies and i could actually follow and understand

this movie was basicly an introduction to the dune universe and story and a setup for the epic second movie if it happens.


even tough this was a setup/introduction type movie it was still entertaining and enjoyable

They ended it at a really good point, so that it can be a complete story of another doesn't get made tbh.

I got tickets to see it tomorrow in IMAX.



Arrakis teaches the attitude of the knife - chopping off what's incomplete and saying: 'Now, it's complete because it's ended here.

they basicly ended it at the midpoint of a story how is this a good ending


if the dune series had to end here we would basicly had 1st half or 1/3 of a 2 -3 part movie series

In terms of the overall Dune story obviously they ended it short, but in terms of a stand alone movie it has an ending that is an ending if another doesn't get made.

i dndnt see an ending there in my eyes

war is still ongoing his visions are not over and the ending is basicly them walking towards the fremen city/cave


like i said terrible ending more of a cliffhanger/setup for the next movie
