i think i see what your doing? your trying to make it look like im saying a dog will give birth to a penguin so i will rephrase my question
given enough time perhaps millions of years fukn eh I give u billions of years......? using the evolutionary process is it possible a penguin or penguin like creature could evolve from a population of dogs?
