I mean, the Falcons were actually good in 2016 though. It was just a freak game, and I doubt we'll ever see a greater playoff comeback (yet alone Super bowl) in our lifetimes.

Brady put up 10 pts in his last sb while Bill held the #1 offense to 3. Wtf r u guys on. Both r fuckign legends and the combo of tb and BB is the reason they ran a 2 decade Dyanasty

we've seen better

altanta just made dumb plays, if i recall there was like a third down that they threw on which turned into a holding call pushing them out of fg range

99 times out of 100 you run that, kick the field goal, win the game.

it wasn't so much a comeback as a crumbling of atlanta which clearly lead them to a psyche of choking

Yup, that team.

Hell, any team up 28-3 in a game that late should win.

the dallas game this year was even worse imo lol

that onside kick was hilarious to watch though

i got 10 on yeah, redskins were da champs, and the NFC East was beast back then with aikman, etc, before skins killed aikman, skins hurt Smith when he was on SF, fact he got us to the playoffs is amazing.

yeah i think i was like 6, but it's called "the comeback" for a reason haha

that game was buffalo actually coming back and playing an insane second half

that superbowl was just poor play calling by atlanta, like i said, that one holding pushes you out of fg range, you punt, and it all goes down hill from there

99 out of 100 you run it and with or without the first down, the fg then ices the game (i feel like they were up 7 maybe then? 8?)

They got sacked out of field goal range on the drive that could’ve iced it, mind you they’d already let New England push it to a one score game, but it was just pathetic to watch a veteran qb like Matt Ryan essentially hand New England the keys.

The play you’re talking about was right after the one I am. I see your point but it was a long field goal at that point already after the 12 yard sack. It would’ve been a 50 something yarder , but handing it off for 2-3 and running the clock +taking a long field goal still was probably the better option
