When you re-install, do you completely wipe your drives of anything d2 related after you uninstall? Sometimes it leaves things behind and basically nulls the uninstall because you're not really changing anything. you can try that.

just create a ticket, don't try to email them. the ticket system works fine if you follow direction

blizzard is now complete trash, they clearly don't want to help there customers. Can't send an e-mail to the support team, and now I can't even find where I can open a ticket
