Sounds like they deactivated the cd key associated with the account, try a new cd key on the install and see if that works

I just reinstalled the game again with my 2nd cd-key and it still doesn't work.

I guess I'll have to go at my parent's house to see if it works there

I would try that yes, could be an IP ban? Not sure what the message is for that

Have you tried connecting to a completely new set of keys on a completely new IP address

Because from what I've read, if you try to log in on a new set of keys to the same IP, the ban just extends to the new keys.

You're better off just taking a break if you can't get a complete new set of keys + new IP (Like trying your phone's hotspot)

So I try with my 2nd cd-key on new IP? or just wait at least 14 days before trying again?

If you already tried with the second set and it is an IP ban, the IP ban is on both your keys + your IP now so you gotta wait.

I got it once before and when I tried to log in a few times a week it took forever to get back in, so if you can, try to wait literally 14 days from now.

If you connected through a VPN or a business type wifi recently then I can say pretty much 100% this is the issue btw, cus thats what happened to me

Ok ty for the information. I hope it only takes 14 days, I dont want to lose the gear.

You could open a ticket with blizzard in the mean time, they might be able to tell you what it is and/or help, and if it doesn't lift after 14 days you can reach out again to follow up cus that would be a pretty big problem!

I've been waiting for more than 14 days without trying to log in and I'm still getting this, any other suggestion?

This is stupid, I can't even send an e-mail to blizzard, they keep asking for a traceroute and diagnostic files or they wont let me send an e-mail to the support team

If I lose my accounts this will be the last time I will play any blizzard game. Been paying for d2 and wow for a few years now.

This is ridiculous they don't seem to want to help there customers.

If this problem is not solved I will lose 60k-80k fg worth of gear...
