Why are you updating this every day? We don't need daily updates. The race isn't swinging that much.

you don't have to read it bruh i enjoy logging the daily change, graphing it and discussing how well or poorly it predicts the actual outcome

but you aren't doing any of that, except maybe logging it, but this is such an inefficient way of logging it I don't want to even count that.

I track state by state polling on a biweekly basis. If you're graphing the change, you should post the graph.

I see no reason why Trump is back to even money, the recent polls and news cycles have been bad for him, and the clock is generally ticking against him. Similarly, I have a hard time imagining Trump supporters gaining more confidence over the past couple of days (and placing bets accordingly) than Biden supporters.

I agree with you that polls and news have been bad for Trump but at the same time Biden hasn't fielded that many difficult interview questions to give bettors confidence that he'll be able to perform on those or debate

edit: Today's odds:

Biden: -115
Trump: Even

So currently Biden has a 7+ point national lead. At this point in 2016 Hillary only had a 2+ point lead.

He also wouldn't have won without the last week interference from Comey.

So unless something big happens it's not even going to be close. The only way I can see calling Trump even money is that they're still getting a lot of people betting Trump will win.

I think there's only one more opportunity for Trump and that's just KILLING it in the first debate. Early voting starts around the time of the 2nd debate and absentee/mail-in voting starts even before that. We're already at a point where there are very few swing voters so Trump is in a very precarious situation. I'll be giving my update tomorrow in the Biden thread since it's been 2 weeks since my last post.
