By contrast, in AZ, the bulk of the outstanding vote is from election day, and should thus lean toward Trump. And Biden's lead has indeed shrunk every time AZ results were updates within the past ~18 hours. Likewise, Biden is constantly cutting into Trump's lead in GA every time results update there, which makes sense since the bulk of the oustanding vote is from the Atlanta region.
