Marchand and Kane are great players but are over 30.

Should replace those guys with good youngsters.

Barzal, Svechnikov, Hughes, Makar, Macavoy, Dahlin.

Not even sure who I would take out of those guys first (among others). I just know I would be going for a young player who has not even hit his peak yet.
