He has already won at 8th lol.

Really close for me between Marner and Rantanen.

Went with Marner because I am thinking long term.

Rantanen may turn out to be the better player but I would rather have someone in the lineup more often than not.

Will vote Rantanen with the next pick for sure. Size, skill, and youth. Cant go wrong.



For real not being a homer but I think Pettersson should be added to the list.

Some injury troubles but he is 21 putting up point per game numbers with a boatload of talent. If his game continues to develop he could be a 90-100 point guy if he plays a full season.


In general as these lists go on I think it would be wise to take out some of the older players and replace them with up and coming youngsters.

True I voted Marner but would have considered Pettersson as well.

I see why Marner, it's a tough one. He was the Leafs best player in the playoffs too

but these two going 12/13 would be fine
