Had my first day back in the gym

Decided to do legs

Spewed 30 mins in

Walking like a newborn giraffe now

I went five straight days and woke up the sixth and seventh mornings barely able to get out of bed so I took two days off but I went back today haha

It feels so good to be back.

Nice brudda! Today was day #4 for me. Every part I have worked is still store.

I ended up taking the 3-4 months as a long overdue break. I ate whatever I wanted and didn’t train weights daily like I normally would. I came out in the worst shape I’ve been in in 6-7 years but it’s given me a newfound drive and appreciation for the gym.

Got a new membership since the 24 Hour by my place permanently closed. Walked 45 minutes there last night and the fuckers close at 10 PM now and they were closed lol.

an hour and a half walk is pretty solid, I guess ><

I've lost 10lbs since the gym reopened. I think it's a plus I don't work in a pizza joint any longer. That and the new job is pretty intensive manual labor.

I’d imagine working at a pizza shop would make me put on weight. Grats on losing a few kg!

I lost 8kg in isolation so trying to put back on 😟
