Here in Australia all gyms have been closed due to the coronavirus.
This will be a huge impact on myself and others both physically and mentally. Knowing myself, if I don’t exercise I will wallow in my own misery and become depressed.
Most gym equipment has been bought in stores (which are now closed) as well as online.
I would love to see what you guys are doing to remain physically active and mentally stable during these times. I’ll hope to update this daily with a workout I did at home or some exercise I did.
