Iā€™d imagine working at a pizza shop would make me put on weight. Grats on losing a few kg!

I ended up taking the 3-4 months as a long overdue break. I ate whatever I wanted and didnā€™t train weights daily like I normally would. I came out in the worst shape Iā€™ve been in in 6-7 years but itā€™s given me a newfound drive and appreciation for the gym.

Gym claiming to be open tomorrow. Just weighed myself and +10 since quarantine. And you can 4sure bet it ainā€™t from clean gains lol. Road to recovery starts tomorrow.

So I'm supper hyped about gyms being open this weekend in UK

So I had about 4 month break from the gym during lockdown, I did some running, pushups, pull ups and dips during this time but not very regularly maybe 1-3 times per week, fairly healthy diet so feeling ready and good for it

I just wander...should I just go full fucking ham on the first day? Like I'm gonna ache like ahit anyway so I thought I may as well give it all on my first week back

Or should I take it easy?

I went full HAM on legs and couldnā€™t walk properly for 4-5 days. Not sure if it was my brightest idea
