I didn't watch it, I don't expect anyone else to watch it, but the main takeaway is that he's been asked repeatedly by congress about foreign investments in 8chan and whether Russia had anything to do with it
he testifies that Russia has blocked access to 8chan and that he's only made $12k per year off the website
and the lawmakers are shocked to learn that they are barking up the wrong alley entirely

I've got more money in my bank account than 8chan ever netted this guy

The judges concluded there was "no compelling justification for Boucher's well-below-Guidelines sentence" and vacated the lower court's ruling. The court remanded the case back to district court, where Boucher will be resentenced based on the ruling.

rand paul's neighbor got his sentence overturned in court today, where the 6th circuit rejected it as unreasonably lenient and ordered him resentenced under harsher guidelines. He's facing 21-27 months where previously he only served 30 days
