Joe Arpaio is a sadistic piece of shit. Took massive pride in the fact that the daily food expenses for his inmates stood at half the expenses for his police dogs. Always gleeful when watching his chain gangs crawl through the desert heat, etc. pp.

I'm all for a strict enforcement of the law, but firmly against intentionally and needlessly tormenting inmates.
