I use streamlabs and i steam at 720fps/30frames 4000bitrate

But if i stream on pc with same thing i have to use the lowest settings or my cpu usage goes to 95% and i get 99% dropped framerates.
\
So i know for a fact its my cpu.

You're right that his evidence isn't really there but that doesn't change the fact that 6 threads is still pretty low for gaming + streaming on the same rig. Even if he only needs like 2-4 threads for the game, when you factor in background tasks, it really just doesnt leave a lot of room for encoding. If he had an 8600k with a nice cooler and an OC it's a difference story because it can just chug along, but his current one will just throttle after its gets hot from that sorry excuse of a CPU cooler that comes with the 8400.

again i assume its the 8400 he has :D which i have myself.. its funny cuz i streamed PUBG on it with NP.. should be alot more cpu demanding then fortnite

and if he google it he can probably find other people who streamed on the 8400 and provided results

people have streamed on alot less then 6 cores and fortnite can run on a goddam potato :D

Then when i stream fortnite why does my cpu usage go to 89% ?

The fact that the cpu is the only thing over heating and taking up all my memory is the fact i know its my cpu

if its over heating, which i dont believe, its a cooling problem.. we asked u about temps

and if u are dropping frames, could be ur obs settings.. i asked u about that aswell

sorry read over that.
start streaming cpu = 33*
end of the stream cpu = 55*

I use streamlabs so it's basic as fuck and my settings are very low for everything.

there should be some more settings saying x264 and cpu encoder speed - if u have this on very low that might be the problem
