It all depends on your preferences/playstyle

People don't typically build pvm chars specifically to do ubers since they're not even worth doing. You can put beast+guillames+goblin toes+gris caddy on a MF blizz sorc and she can do ubers but why would you want to spend 9 minutes doing ubers on a sorc when your smiter can do it in under 90 seconds?

Nobody thinks pvm is hard except you and the account that got a 90 day suspension 24 hours before you started posting in this subforum. People use smiters to do ubers because it's fast and they don't have to pay attention to boring content.



Or maybe because I got off my phone to go do something else. I'm not obligated to stay glued to my screen in case some paint-chewing nobody decides to vomit another post out.

My ranking was based on PvM efficiency:

#1 Lightning Sorc
#2 Hammerdin
#3 Javazon
#4 Poison/CE/Merc Necro
#5 Fast Chaos Barb
#6 Trapsin
#7 Windy Druid

Of course, that's with a restriction of the strongest build per class - If we wanted to do a proper ranking with all the individual builds, then there would be multiple Sorc builds ranked above Javazon.

Any serious pvm char should be able to uber too, I keep saying, if not is as good as a lvl 1 ungeared zon in normal tha kills random fallens; but no its not a sorc with a guillaume and a beast doing it in 1283193 minutes what i say, i talk about pvm chars that do it under 60 seconds like the sin of my signature for example and are good for rest of pvm still. When u need a smiter to do ubers (most easy char to do them) is when you consider pvm hard, not me xD

90 seconds to do ubers with smiter? this is very slow xdd, actually, my sin does that in 45-50 sec and does all rest of pvm content at good speed/efficcience.

I think you don't know what versatility and complete chars mean.

For packs ye, for bosses all necs are bad.

We do know what versatility and complete chars mean - slow, poor and weak.

Bear Necro is very good vs. bosses.



Poison/CE is much faster for standard PvM runs in areas like Chaos - you don't need to waste any frames summoning etc. Poison nova is extremely good at clearing out high-density zones. And while necros aren't particularly strong vs. bosses - A pure damage merc + Amp Damage makes short work of them in p1.
