I'm doing 500mg/week and my deadlift went up over 100lbs in a few weeks. Similar with bench and squat. Plus, I can train a single muscle group 2 hours doing drop sets and absolutely destroying the muscle, do 5 miles on the treadmill, and still feel like I have energy to go 2 more hours.

Hard pass for me.
