I'm not sure about the argument/discussion with tommyv, I blocked him. BUT cospri and the COC gem does not share the same CD. Neither does having 2 separate cospri or 2 separate COC gems.

Cooldown reduction in boots does help a lot though.

Yes, they do not SHARE a cd, both can proc individually. I'm saying that both the different procs have the same cooldown duration, as in it lasts equally long.

Yeah, this is correct. With the CDR on boots/gloves, it does feel a lot better though, especially with headhunters.

CoC-cyclone-cospris == as many coc procs as you have cospris proc's
Lightning strike-coc-corpris-gmp-chain 0.5aps 50%crit == 3to4 times more CoC-procs then Cospris-procs



i never ever used a Cospris! so why do i understand the mechqanics of it better then your lvl100 cospris toon?

Cyclone -30%less movement speed
The minimum travel distance is 10 units
The base movement speed is 38 units per second.
Damage enemies around you, then perform a spinning series of attacks as you travel
Therefore, high movement speed will allow the player to start another Cyclone sooner.

So, with 80%movement speed,
38*1.8*0.7/10 = 4.8 aps, with the slowest weapon ingame, with short cyclones, using 50%effective weapon damage, zero attack speed

Your just missing the point he's trying to make.

He's just comparing the way cospris and coc gem function. He's saying cospris is garabage functionality wise compared to CoC. Cospris needs IAS to be good because it's per weapon swing, when CoC can max out with just a spell/attack that hits multiple times in 1 cast negating any real need for IAS and just taking advdantage of the mechanics of the main skill.

Same how Pcoc works 1pc per 1 cast regradless of #of hits vs volls which gets for each crit within that one cast.

It makes sense and he's right, doesn't mean cospris is bad or the build as a whole is bad. Hes solely comparing CoC Gem to cospris.
