By temporary stress I mean burning your fat rather than burning carbs. You do know that the meals involved under doing ketosis properly involves some very healthy choices? And juice cleansing your body gives everything your body needs?
You are completely backwards my friend. Ketosis isn't what's bad, it isn't bad at all, it's how it's being done that determines that. It's actually a very healthy diet and has so many more pros than cons when done properly.
