None of that’s true, you really need to walk away from the keto bible and learn some science

Its true. Carbs release insulin into the blood. Insulin slows fat digestion and encourages fat forming. High fat diets release adrenaline into the blood which does the opposite.

Carbs are an important part of a balanced diet. Remember fruits and vegetables are carbs. If anybody is trying to lose weight they need to be focusing on calories.

I have a friend who began this keto diet and when she came home to eat and discuss with me i instantly saw the results on her body transformation. I was shocked to hear eating bacon every morning and adding fat in general to cut sugar and other stuff did that to your metabolism its abnormal ?

What an asinine analysis. Of course it matters what kind of calories you are eating. The body communicates through complicated signal pathways and different types of calories change the rate of metabolism.

You've made incorrect assumptions. I gave no analysis. And I never said the types of food you eat don't matter. This is the 2nd time you have replied to me with assumptions and contentious drivel. If you want to argue with me you need to stay on topic. I will not entertain arguments that are not relevant to my posts.

Many, many troubles are associated with this diet, short and long run ones, minor to major...It also increase Type 2 Diabetes Risk...

There's always a price to pay when it seems "too easy", i guess many know this rule already... ;)
